Heywood Associates was first started over 27 years ago as a rec2rec that was only staffed by experienced sector specialist recruiters. People that had first-hand experience of their clients and candidates’ specific markets. Over the years, several of Heywood Associates alumni who worked across one of their 7 UK & US offices have gone on to run their own businesses and some are currently Partners in Shrek firms.
The model had changed over the years and Heywood Associates was rebranded to HR&S Today, HR&S (Heywood Research & Search) focuses only on the most senior positions across Recruitment, Executive Search, and the Management Consultancy Sales functions.
But we spotted an opportunity. We felt that the service and professionalism that Heywood Associates had always provided, has a place in todays rec2rec marketplace. And so, we are relaunching today, and we are bringing back the Heywood Associates brand that will add a fresh perspective when it comes to finding great applicants for recruitment roles.
I am joining as their new Director. With over 7 years of recruitment experience working for some of the most specialist and leading recruitment brands across the UK, I can certainly appreciate what good looks like from both a client and candidate perspective.
