This 22 page report factors in research from over 2,400 firms during Q4, 2023 and mirrors our own findings based upon the roles we have been working on during the same period.
As a heads up, it is not entirely comfortable reading.
It’s not that salaries have gone down, because they haven’t.
What has been affected in many cases is the overall take home pay.
And as that is linked to fee income generated, it’s no surprise that last year wasn’t too lucrative.
There are of course some pockets of opportunity where salaries and bonuses haven’t been affected.
